Summary
Kimberly Blaeser's essay "Rituals of Memory" discusses her life experience as an American Catholic and a Native American. Kimberly Blaeser points out that her friend's hair is tangled like our relationships to culture. She talks about memorable days spent visiting graveyards to give tribute to the fallen, with the Legionaries. They also go to the Indian burial grounds. She talks about this as a time when her two coulters came together. Blaeser talks about her life at school and at home because they both define her. She has awards from school but nothing from home other than the Memories and story that define her.
